Cannot say enough good things about this rock star of a realtor! Debbie is reliable, flexible, a tough negotiator and an excellent communicator!

Debbie took all of our needs and wants into consideration and helped us to narrow down our "must haves" and our "would be nice" but not needed list. She scoured listings but also scoured realtor groups on the hunt for properties not yet on the market knowing how competitive this area is. We saw a ton of houses and fell in love with one but got cold feet on the price. After having spent several hours writing up a bid that we changed our minds on, all Debbie said was, "I just want you all to be happy and comfortable with the choice you make so lets keep looking," and we know she meant it. No pressure or frustration, just honest and genuine care for our house hunt and wanting us to get into the home that was best for our family and within in our price point. We searched and searched and saw probably 30 homes. Debbie made herself available anytime that was convenient for us and was so flexible anytime I'd add 2 (or 5 more houses) to a day of house hunting. With two young kids in tow Debbie made everything a breeze from planning the most efficient route to building in stops for lunch and playing with our boys while we wandered through each home.

Finally, after searching for a few weeks we found the house we could picture our family in and proceeded to draw up a bid. With her skill in negotiating Debbie navigated us to winning the house when we were up against multiple bidders including an all cash offer. I am still convinced we were chosen because of Debbie's persistence and constant communication with the seller's agent and the letter she prompted us to provide.

Once we were under contract, Debbie took charge immediately and within an hour had our inspection scheduled and recommendations lined up for everything we wanted to do to the home once we closed. She had contractors she had used personally and also utilized her network of realtors for recommendations on highly recommended contractors. After getting through the inspection, Debbie was a tough as nails negotiator. She never backed down and was in contact with the seller's agent constantly. She was also on top of our loan officer and the appraisal to ensure a closing as soon as possible, which came a week earlier than we even thought was possible. She kept an updated list of to-dos and made sure we were on top of the process items we needed to complete and took everything else off our plate. She was so good at negotiating she managed to get the sellers to make large repairs with the contractors we selected while she oversaw all repairs so we could go on vacation. She also got the contractors to put all paperwork and warranties in our names and secured us discounts and credits for future repairs. To say we felt worry-free is an understatement. Debbie handled everything seamlessly the entire time. She gave us clear cut timelines for every task she was completing and was always available day or night via phone, text or email. She checked in with us everyday, multiple times if needed, and always informed us what she would be doing when we got off the phone and when we would hear back from her. She utilized the expertise of her mentors and other resources and anytime she didn't have an answer for us she immediately tracked down the info and got right back to us. Whether it was info we needed from the title company or the sellers or a contractor she took care of it all.

Debbie has become a close friend and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and genuine person to find them their perfect home and negotiate the very best deal all while taking on everything to relieve stress for the buyer or seller because she is that incredible.
