Jenny Goldberg If you're searching for a real estate team that is competent, knowledgeable, smart and kind, please consider working with Debbie and Jerry Harr at Homes that Click. This professional duo priced my house right and sold it in 17 days. We had had the house on the market for 10 months four years ago without success, so we were very pleased when Deb sold our home for nearly full asking price in less than 3 weeks in 2014. Let me add that my husband and I had already moved to Youngstown and Deb had no problems doing business long distance via email, phone, and web conference. We interviewed several Realtors, and found that others did not have her expertise in pre-staging, staging for pictures and showings, and all the fine details that get you from initial offer to the closing table. And, I am serious about get you to the closing table where it's especially important to have a Realtor who can deal with a first time buyers and all of their quirks, second-guessing and lack of experience. Homes that Click is a full service agency that offers sellers excellent services at a unique price point. While the buyer's agent earned the traditional 3 percent in our deal, Deb Harr, my agent, received a discounted, flat fee of $1,995. We view Homes that Click's reduced fee as ironic, however, since this agency met and exceeded our expectations for professionalism, fast results, and return on our investment. We feel good about recommending Deb and Jerry Harr to our family and friends in Hilliard and across Central Ohio.

Had planned to interview several realtors then pick one to list my condo with. Homes That Click was first. Deb and Jerry blew me away with their presentation and brought me up to speed on how homes are marketed and sold today. I didn't bother interviewing any other realtors. It was listed and was in contract the next day and closed a few weeks later. Had issues with a non-responsive condo mgmt co. on addressing the buyers inspection report concerns. When no response was forthcoming, Deb Harr used her expertise and experience (pit bull comes to mind) to light a fire under them. Deb Harr is not one of the best real estate agents I know. Deb Harr is one of the best PROFESSIONALS OF ANY OCCUPATION I know. I do not have the ability to express in words how valuable and important she was in our home selling purchase. Deb and Jerry came into our home with a plan and realistic advise that we used to get our home ready for sale. When they returned a few weeks later for a final visit prior to listing our home they saw potential we didn't and suggested a price we didn't think was possible. How surprised we were when we got an offer 2 days later over list. From there Deb was always available to answer the million questions we did ask and the many many more we didn't think to ask. I called and texted and emailed at various times of the day and always got a response. She explained everything to us thoroughly and was patient when she didn't have to be. And then came the buyer/buyer's agent from hell. As i would tell people what they were doing and requesting people wouldn't believe me. They were some of the most difficult people i have ever had to deal with in my life; and i worked with state governments for 9 years! While i was chewing off my fingernails worrying about the deal, Deb stayed calm and assured us she had it all taken care of. And she was right. I don't know how she remained calm and focused and got it done, but she did. She went so above and beyond at our closing she had to risk her OWN commission to appease these unreasonable people. Oh yeah, i forgot to mention the commission. She can list at much LOWER than man of the competing agents but gives you MORE service. I am not exaggerating when i say we got 3 times the service from Deb at 1/3rd the price than we did from our previous agent. I will be telling every person i know who is looking to make a real estate purchase to call Deb and Jerry and get amazing service at an excellent price!!!

Helped me sell a home! The term Discount Broker is a misnomer when dealing with Debbie. There is nothing Discount about her service. While her fee will save you thousands, her service really gets the job done. When a couple of the pictures she took were not to her satisfaction, she came out and retook them. She could have easily just posted them and left it at that, but she is too much of a professional for that. Quite frankly, if you use another broker you are throwing your money away.

In my mind, the home was going to sell itself based on location and price point. We just needed the assistance of Homes That Click to advise us on some staging, take good photos and populate the ads on various real estate websites. Debby Peck I initially learned about Homes That Click from a Columbus Dispatch article discussing low fee realtors. I found the article very interesting especially given the decrease in home values in some areas in recent years. The time came when I needed to sell a property and I began the process of interviewing realtors. Deb Harr was the first realtor that I contacted. I met with Deb and Jerry, and ended up not interviewing any other realtors because I was impressed with the both of them as well as their business model. I received a purchase offer of 98% of the listing price within six days of listing. Deb also referred me to a title company who is top notch as well which enabled me to list and close the deal with break neck speed. Deb is a professional who has fine tuned the entire process of selling a home. My experience working with her has been outstanding and I can not imagine how anything could have gone more smoothly than this sale.
