Michael and Debbie James are a one-stop shop in real estate and vacation rental management, with more than two decades of experience in selling, financing, overseeing and investing in homes along the Emerald Coast. Together, they co-founded and later sold Paradise Beach Rentals, where they maintained a 97% owner retention rate.
Throughout her career, Debbie has consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the marketplace from Destin to Panama City Beach and along 30A. Her real estate approach is all about earning trust and building relationships, from the negotiation table to digital and marketing communications.

In her free time, Debbie enjoys playing golf and pickleball, reading, and being outside, whether biking, walking or exercising. She and her husband have three rescue pets, a dog named Diggy and two cats, Jazz and Charlie. As a kid, she grew up riding horses and had a dream to qualify and ride in Madison Square Garden, a task she completed, giving her a real belief in this idea: You can do anything you want to do if you put your mind to it.
