We've used Debbie for years and she has never failed to impress with her work. Debbie is extremely easy to work with, we tell her what we want and/ or are looking for and she handles the rest. She is well-versed in her job and is very knowledgeable in what she does, she works quickly and efficiently, and she's personable. It is hard to move out of the state and longer have access to use her for future purchases, if we could've, we would've packed her up and moved her with us! 10/10 would recommend a friend! Do you want someone in this with you? Someone working for you and not just going through the motions? If so, Debbie is your realtor. She helped me with relocation and when the first realtor had not called me within 24 hours, she got another one, had talked to him before I did and told me that if the first realtor called to ignore it, she was handling it. She checked in frequently to make sure my realtor was taking care of me. Since it is 2022 and things have been a little crazy for us buyers, I had a positive, comfortable experience.

Debbie Stump went above and beyond to accommodate us in our search for a home. With many last minute requests to see homes followed by a delay in processing our paperwork due to my fathers death, Debbie handled it all in the most understanding and professional manner.

Back in August of 2019, my husband and I decided to purchase our first home. A friend of mine recommended that we use The Rubio Group, which is where we met Debbie. Let me tell you, Debbie was terrific for two people who knew NOTHING about buying a house. She put up with all of my weird requests. She watched me walk from room to room while I jumped on parts of the floor. My husband also had his request, which didn't always work well with mine, and she never once seemed bothered. We probably looked at 30 plus houses in August before finding something that met all of our needs. Nov 2019, we moved into our home. Debbie was amazing to work with, and she will always be our go-to lady.

Debbie Was our realtor and she did an amazing job selling our house, she went above and beyond in a lot of ways for us and in most cases that would be enough to warrant a positive recommendation but there is so much more. We were also starting the process of having our new home built and Debbie worked tirelessly helping us navigate through the stressful times btw the builder, lenders and etc. She may of started as our realtor but she def has ended as our friend.
