Debby Calhoun

With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Debby had a great knowledge base coming into real estate. She has been in sales her entire career, starting with 15 years in the film industry working for Warner/Elektra/Atlantic. She won the highest percentage over goal several times, many sales awards, met hundreds of stars, and enjoyed traveling across the country very much, carrying a 9-state territory.

Debby then went to telecom and spent 10 years working for start-ups that had great ideas but small funding, where she learned a lot about technology, and contracts and became a successful HP partner responsible for over 2 million dollars in development equipment. But the market dictated that she change industries again.

Her best and final industry where her sales skills have been successful is in real estate. Since 2004 she has combined her love of houses with her natural ability to connect with clients and find them their dream home at the perfect price. She enjoys the constant change and knows this is where she truly belongs. First time home buyers are Debby’s favorite clients. She loves helping them understand the home buying process and creating smart investors for the future.
