Debi is fantastic and is the best realtor and an even better human being! She has helped us with listing 2 of our homes and both times we had multiple offers. Debi truly knows how to market and get properties sold! She even helped my family sell their multi-million dollar home in south Florida by graciously referring them to an agent in the area that could be there every step of the way!! A few other realtors wanted to list it themselves knowing they couldn't properly serve us as they weren't local to the area.. Not Debi though - she referred us, meaning a loss in earnings for her and her family 🙏

Debi is the best realtor in Orlando hands down. Let me give some background on this. My engagement with Debi was 2 years long. She first came out to talk to us about what to expect when selling our house, what the timeline would look like, comps in the area what to expect and what needed to be done to sell the fastest.

While doing that she talked about what was the goal, buy new, buy used, rent ... She then looked for options to make transitioning the best experience possible. All this happened with no pressure. she worked on our time frame. we were finally ready to start the process a year and a half later (It took this long for inventory to become availably with the features and area we wanted. From here it got complicated.

To meet my goals Debi helped us also plan she would told me about options she has worked with in the past in order to buy a new house and move out on our time frame instead of having to close on 2 houses and move all in the same day. Things I did not even know were out there. This was supper helpful for my family.

I initially started working with 1 lender That would do a bridge loan for the down payment and then the primary on the new house. But due to a refinancing error from years prior we did not meet the requirements by 3 months. So I look for other options on financing. All this time Debi was there heling, sitting for inspections, talking to lawyer friends to get info etc. Finally got all the financing figured out. and we hit the next snag. There was a zombie lean on my current property and the bank that put the lean there could not even find our loan file and would not issue a release of lean. This took over a month and the whole time Debi was there helping find insurance offers on current house and working over vacations to make sure we did not lose the new house. All while dealing with a relator on the other side that was being a pain and not cooperative at all.

Everyone on this transaction was saying "I have never seen this before". Any hurdle that could come up did and through it all Debi was there helping to sort it out and make sure we had the support we needed.

We were introduced to Debi through a family member to assist in finding our now new home. From the moment I spoke with Debi, I knew I was in GREAT hands. I didn't physically meet Debi until I flew in for my closing due to the fact that I'm from out of state. Debi helped me search the net, while she made some onsite visits for me. Debi had her white gloves on during my first house inspection. Her eye for detail was impeccable as she looked for repairs. Debi was not just my realtor, she is a therapist and now a part of my family for life. We had some hiccups during this process and Debi held my hand the entire way with her advice and wisdom. I will forever be grateful for her and I thank Debi a million times over. Because of Debi, my finance and I are comfortable in our new home in a new state (FL). I worked with Debi in purchasing my first home and selling it 3 years later. Both transactions were seamless and Debi was truly God sent. Her knowledge and expertise was complimented by her trustworthiness and honest nature. Being a first time homebuyer, it was nerve wrecking to say the least but Debi assured me with her patience that what’s meant for me would be, and so it was.

While purchasing my first home, I didn’t want to rush into my purchase and when I tell you that she was patient, she was patient.. we saw multiple homes in the Orlando area until I found the one. Throughout the process she made sure that she listened to what was important to me and she carefully navigated me through each viewing while truly listening to what I was looking for. When we made an offer to the “one”, the seller accepted another buyer. I was heartbroken because this home checked off all the boxes. But once again she reminded me to be patient, what’s meant for me would be. And sure enough, about a month later the seller decided to go with my offer instead and I got the house that I really wanted. Miracles happen in her presence, I still don’t know how this happened but I trusted her and was patient.

Fast forward three years later, I was in the market to sell my home. The first person I thought of to handle my transaction was Debi. Trust is a very important quality to me and in her, I had it. From the moment that I decided to sell my home, Debi took it out of my hands and made sure I was set up for success. She took her time to stage my home, hired a professional photographer to have the best representation and next thing you know, we had 2 offers within one day of listing, I was under contract within 4 days and everything was seamless.

Even though I was sure of my decision to sell the house, I was still nervous about the whole thing but Debi made me feel comfortable and safe through it all. Her knowledge of the market made my decision very easy to make.

I was in the process of making a big life change with selling everything to follow my dreams of traveling for a year. I trusted her in pricing my home and when the market said that it was worth a certain amount, she knew that it was worth a little more. And we went for it.. she was honest and up front that it all depended on the appraisal but her confidence in the decision made me feel optimistic.

Again, miracles happen in her presence because not only did I get the asking price, but everything fell into place beautifully.

It was such a pleasure to work with Debi. She answered all of my questions throughout both transactions, was honest about the possibilities of something not going in my favor (although it thankfully did) and explained every possible scenario. Although she’s very sweet, she didn’t sugar coat anything and was honest about everything.

If you are looking for someone you can trust, who is honest, knowledgeable and professional, Debi is your agent.

As a retired long time Realtor, I am very picky when choosing an agent to help a loved one find a home. My son was given the opportunity to transfer his job in the North to Central Florida, and he took it. Before his house hunting trip I spent time scouting for an agent that would be a good fit for his home search. I made contact with numerous agents and determined that Debi’s fun, low key but knowledgeable personality would be the best approach for our young man.

My son is quite amazing, handling a severe disability his whole life. From the first visit Debi was so welcoming and informative. She took an immediate interest in how he handles daily challenges. She asked a lot of questions and answered many. In spite of our changing the desired home style and price range a couple of times, she quickly regrouped and was never pushy or impatient. She was always responsive to texts, emails and calls. She found the perfect community that over exceeded our expectations and guided my son through the buying process.

I’m so grateful to Debi, not only as a professional, but as a Mom and a friend. I appreciate her warmth, humor and family values. Debi is a real pro and we are thankful for all she has done for our family.

When I decided to purchase my home in Florida; I decide to go with the seller’s realtor as I was frim ct and didn’t know anyone. That was the best decision I’ve made. It went smooth sailing from there as decided to relocate and requested her to be my realtor. Debbie not only got what I was asking for my home but sold it in a matter of weeks with many covid 19 restrictions. This was an amazing and quick closing. She took care of everything.
