Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). This probably doesn't mean much to someone outside of the real estate world but it is crucial to any Buyer or Seller when considering which agent you will use in your real estate transaction. This designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education and a CRS must abide by a strict code of ethics. My CRS education has focused on extensive marketing of homes, negotiation skills, and investment properties. I have had over 1,000 transactions in the last 15 years of my real estate career with 100% satisfaction. As a CRS I am in the top 4% of Realtors in the nation. I am also dedicated to staying up to date on the fast-changing technology of the real estate market and the needs of my clients.

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). I am pleased to hold this certification because of its extensive requirements for any type of Buyer. Wife, Mom, Friend, Volunteer. These are my most cherished accomplishments. I have been married to my husband, Mike, for 25 years and we have resided in the Research Valley for 17 of those years. We have two active boys who are involved in 4-H, football, golf, baseball, and hunting. They keep us busy and are always on the go. Many of my friends have come from my real estate business. We started out as business acquaintances and they became friends and I continue to be involved in their family. I am associated with many community programs in the Research Valley from the Chamber of Commerce, Save Our Streets Ministries, Brazos Valley Food Bank, Tiger Club, and College Station PTO.
