Deborah Barner

Deb and her husband both grew up in the Corning/Horseheads area and both went away to college, then returned receiving her education degree, allowing her opportunities to work with children (It’s like having permission to play all day.) When our children came along, she wanted to be a “stay at home mom” and she started cleaning homes, which gave her that flexibility. Our 3 children having grown and married are now giving us the joy of grandchildren. Oh what fun!!! In 2013 her daughter-in-law, while helping them find a home, suggested she becomes a Real Estate Salesperson. That has led her into an exciting and enjoyable vocation and she's most grateful for her suggestion! These past three years of meeting new friends, enjoying “the hunt” for a specific home, helping people sell their homes, and witnessing the expression of joy when they find “the house”, has been such a blessing! This experience has worked incredibly well with the things most important to me; my faith, family and friends. She's always happy to help walk first time buyers through the process, help those who are interested in having a comparative market analysis done on their home, or helping you research even if you are just contemplating a move.
