She is a native New Yorker and have worked in residential real estate since 2001. Her role is to counsel, advise and guide clients through buying, selling and leasing residential real estate. She aims to bring a deeply informed perspective regarding to all aspects of a real estate search and associated transactions, and to help her clients avoid - and solve - problems. Negotiating deals is one of her favorite thing in life, and She is trained specifically in real estate negotiations as a Certified Negotiation Expert by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
She grew up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, and attending The Nightingale-Bamford School. Since graduating from Brown University, She has focused her entire 20-year career on New York City real estate. She also have a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.

Project Manager for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation & Development – this helps her guide clients through the bureaucracy that impacts residential transactions
Consultant with HR&A, a leading real estate consulting firm – this gave her a large network of private and public sector real estate colleagues
Project Manager at Forest City Ratner Companies – this exposed her to large-scale development projects and introduced her to Brooklyn
Senior Project Manager at The Hudson Companies – She worked on moderate and “gut” rehab projects in Brooklyn
Licensed Salesperson and Associate Broker at The Corcoran Group – She started with brokerage career with one of NYC’s top firms, and was included in Corcoran's list of Top 25 Sales Individuals, and the Top 1% of 47,000 NRT (owner of Corcoran, Sotheby's, CitiHabitats and Coldwell Banker) agents nationwide.
Her extensive Project Management experience to keep transactions moving smoothly. She is also an experienced negotiator (and this is her favorite part of the process!), and is a true problem-solver by nature, training and experience.
She listens carefully to her client's real estate goals, and She thinks they appreciate that she always share her honest opinion. After seeing several apartments with her in person, two buyers purchased apartments based on her assessments - before seeing them in person! Years later, they are both still the happy owners of those apartments.
She started her own firm in January 2018. She loves the independence to pursue her client’s best interests. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors.

She is a contributing member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. She is part of the Patient and Family Advisory Council for Quality at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, to which she donates portion of each of her commission checks.
