Debbi’s in her 13th year as a full time licensed REALTOR® and has over thirty years of solid business experience with a heavy concentration in finance. She specializes in residential sales, short sales and foreclosures. Customer service, education, ethics, and integrity are key ingredients in her business plan.
Debbi was one of the first REALTORS® in Delaware to earn the designation as a Certified Distressed Property Expert and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. REMAX International appointed Debbi as one of their designated realtors to handle Bank of America Cooperative Short Sales in Kent County. She’s also worked extensively with JP Morgan Chase, CitiBank, WSFS, Greentree, Nationstar, and Wells Fargo short sales. Debbi has the expertise to navigate the challenges of short sales for the buyer or seller.
Debbi’s additional designations include Certified Real Estate Negotiator and e-Pro Internet Professional, as well as Accredited Buyer's Representative. This designation is earned through the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Debbi served on the Board of Directors for the Kent County Association of Realtors in 2012 & 2013, as well as the Delaware Association of Realtors in 2013. Their focus is protecting and serving the public, as well as maintaining high standards for their realtor community with continuing education and computer technology.
For the past 9 years, Debbi has been featured in Delaware Today magazine as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, an award based on customer satisfaction and peer review. She has been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer for the past 12 years; earning the RE/MAX Executive Club Award or President's Club Award each year. In 2017, Debbi obtained the REMAX Hall of Fame Award for earning more than $1,000,000 in commissions.
Debbi volunteers her time for other organizations. She served as Treasurer for the DE State Parent Advisory Council (under the DE Dept. of Education), active Board Member for Lake Forest Community Education Foundation and serves on the building advisory committee for her church, Felton-Viola United Methodist Church.
