Deborah Gordon began her real estate career in Chicago in 1977. She quickly discovered that her new career was a perfect fit. Not only was Deborah named “Rookie of the Year” her first year in the business, she also outsold the established pros. She was recruited by Popeye’s Fried Chicken and did corporate and franchise site acquisitions from Chicago to Texas for many years.
Deborah has built her success on four guiding principles: integrity, knowledge of the market, understanding the needs of her clients, and old-fashioned hard work. These attributes, combined with her keen negotiating skills, have enabled Deb to help many buyers and sellers turn their Realty goals into REALITY.
She has worked with many Phoenix area families over and over again. As the family grows larger, bigger homes are needed and conversely the empty nesters that are downsizing. The best part of selling real estate for her is feeling like part of the family. She has helped investors to reach their financial goals, and many are retired living well from their investment properties. She still keeps her fingers in the commercial property sector and has helped many retailers grow their business.
In addition, to Deborah’s numerous accolades and sales records she is firmly committed to giving back to the community. She is a strong supporter of many animal protection groups such as the Humane Society and The David Sheldrick Sanctuary: A Haven for Elephants and Rhinos in Kenya. Deborah loves anything to do with being on the water and in nature. She loves to jet ski, go boating, snorkeling and often spends the day with her clients on one of the many beautiful lakes in Arizona.
