This is our third home transaction with Deborah. This most recent purchase was an unconventional mountain cabin... she did a LOT of research and was in contact with attorneys and townships to assure that we would never have an issue with our home title or future re-sale. She not only impressed us, but she REALLY impressed the township too! They enjoyed speaking with her and she brought up points that they hadn't thought about (I spoke with them after she had been in contact). I HIGHLY recommend Deborah Harvey as your realtor! You will rest assured that she leaves NO stone unturned when it comes to investigating a property and making sure buyers and sellers avoid unwanted future surprises.

I can't recommend Deborah enough. She's helped me and my family in both buying and selling a home. In 2022, she supported me in finding and securing my ideal home. She was kind and efficient, prioritizing my needs (some that I didn't even know I had!), and I felt so supported through the process of considering which home would fit me and my family best.

In 2024, when it came time to sell my parents' home, I knew I wanted to work with her again. It was a highly emotional time that involved a lot of grief and Deborah showed up, again, kindly and in a supportive way. She helped us determine what could maximize the sale to provide for my parents, did extensive research to ensure the best outcome, and was honest with my family and I about what to expect through the process. Deborah worked within the constraints we had, with timing and managing documents and her attention to detail and calm explanations made the process as easy as it could have been.

Her skills as a real estate agent extended beyond what we needed from an agent, as she showed up with compassion and understanding. I will absolutely use Deborah as an agent again when the time comes. I highly recommend her to anyone, buying or selling.

Deborah is wonderful to work with! We've been lucky enough to not only have her help us sell a home in East Coventry in 2021, but also help us purchase a home in South Coventry in 2023 as we returned to the local area. She's so attentive to what needs to be done and is super easy to work with if you're buying from out-of-state...she's your eyes and ears (and nose!) on the ground. If anything looks or smells fishy, she's honest with you from the start! I would definitely recommend Deborah to any family or friends!

It was great to work with Deborah. We were moving from out of state so everything was done virtually and Deborah was great at being in tune with the way homes show through FaceTime. She was excellent at making note of different features as she showed us homes, both areas of need and areas of things done well. Deborah is the best around. She’s super easy to work with, trustworthy, and she really cares about helping you find a house that will be a good fit. My partner and I were at first searching in the area from a couple of states away, and she was great about sharing listings with us regularly and checking in. Once we got to the area and started touring houses, she was so hands on and happy to answer any questions we had. As we searched, we realized that we wanted to change some criteria about what we were looking for, and she never made us feel like any plan shifts were an inconvenience. PROS:
Had 13 bids in three days. Deborah helped in so many ways:
1. Valuation - Helped me get a fair value for my home. She told me that I have to ask less to get more.
2. Tips - What to repair to get more money.
3. Advice - How to best fill out the seller disclosure. Timing of the sale. She went to settlement for me. She help with my anxiety when problems arose.
4. Knowledge - I had owned solar on my house and was paying $10/mo for my all-electric home. Deborah studied the market and consulted exported about what solar was worth.

CONS:
My house sold too fast…Just kidding.
