About Deborah

Originally from Utah, Debbie grew up recreating in the Wasatch mountains. Her passion for the outdoors and sports performance wear brought Debbie and her husband Josh to North Lake Tahoe in 2002. Together they built a business representing the global lifestyle brand Oakley in Northern California/Northern Nevada and were recognized as 2002 Rookie of the Year Top Sales Performance in North America.

In 2004 her interest turned to commercial design and real estate. Her experience in sales, marketing and design with Oakley was a natural fit for commercial village strategy, specializing in destination resort markets. She launched her career as a broker in commercial real estate by curating dynamic village experiences that showcase the mountain lifestyle and local community. Having worked 12 years in commercial with two of Lake Tahoe’s most prestigious ski resorts, The Village at Northstar & The Village at Palisades Tahoe, her efforts resulted collectively in $38+ MM in annual village gross sales.

Debbie’s mission is to create space for people to share priceless experiences, make precious memories and live the best of the Tahoe lifestyle. Her passion for meeting new people and love of the area is coupled with 18 years of sales experience which enable her to understand clients’ needs and connect them with their dream property.
Debbie is a 1% for the Planet member and serves as Executive Producer of the Shane McConkey Foundation. She has helped to raise over $550,000 for local programs. When not at work, you will find her with her husband and two beautiful daughters riding bikes, skiing/snowboarding, surfing, backpacking and enjoying Tahoe life.
