I've never experienced a more AMAZING customer service in the Real Estate Profession as I did while working with Deborah. From the very start, we were met with knowledgeable details regarding pertinent information including, neighborhood safety, schools, and overall demographics. Every question that my wife and I asked Deborah throughout our home buying process was thoroughly answered.

Deborah made our home buying process so simple.

This is my first experience working with Deborah Maciel and it has been a blessing! I was referred to Deborah when my realtor, who was also with Virtue Realty Group and who helped me with selling my home in River Islands, moved out of the area. Deborah came in and assisted me as though we had been working together all along. And I truly value her exceptional and personable service. She is cheerful, listens to understand her customer, and provides timely responses to questions without fail. Even when on personal travel Deborah has kept pulse of my communications with the office manager and ensures that I am receiving what is requested/needed. If it's possible Deborah will work to make it happen. I honestly can go on and on about my very happy and successful experience purchasing a home from Deborah. Thank you, Deborah and Virtue Realty Group! *A final word of extreme appreciation is Deborah moving appointments around (twice) to be with my on my walk-through for the house I was renting back. Deborah recently represented us as our realtor for the purchase of our first investment property. It’s an extremely competitive market and Deborah was so patient in helping us find a great property. Her advice and support throughout every stage of the purchase was awesome. Her negotiating skills are on point and she helped to make sure we got the most for our money. Deborah is the best! She was thorough, professional and overall GREAT to work with. She is very down to earth and knows what she’s doing. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cared about getting us into a home and was determined to find us the perfect home. My brother and I had been searching to buy a home for months on our own, going to open houses and new builds, then we met her at an open house she was showing in the Mountain House area. How lucky we were to find her. After that, she became our agent. She showed us homes to buy in the area of Mountain House and Tracy (she was open to finding us homes in other surrounding cities but we stuck with the Tracy area). She always kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She is honest and forthright, no games. When she did find us our new home (new build in Tracy) she walked us through every step of the way. If there was something we didn’t understand or needed more information about, she was able to get us answers right away. We can’t thank her enough for getting us into our new home. I would recommend her (which I already have) to anyone looking to buy a home.

It’s not every day you come across a real estate agent that truly does it all. I am the owner of a general construction company and have teamed up with many realtors, but none like Deborah! Working with Deborah was like working with a true business partner. She wanted the best for her client and went above and beyond to make sure we executed. She promised her client an amazing transformation and she was on it to make sure that happened.
