I am a real estate investor. I foreclosed a mortgage on a property. Deborah was the buyer's realtor. Despite her being the buyer's realtor, she was exceptionally to me helpful in getting agreed upon home inspection items addressed by finding contractors to do the work. This was very helpful as the property was far from where I have available contractors. In addition, Deborah had a great deal of knowledge concerning many issues that arose. I met Deb through my friend who purchased her home thru her. Deb and I have been working together since January 4, 2023. Before meeting Deb I worked with someone who was showing me all kinds of homes though I told her I only wanted new construction. Recently used Deb for the second time! She helped me buy my house back in March 2022. She now just helped me sell my house. I cannot say enough good things about Deb. She makes you feel like family, she even dropped me a pie for Thanksgiving months after I bought the first time to show her appreciation. Decided very quickly to sell. She listed it quickly with very professional photos. She got me asking price after a low ball offer and provided great comps within the first hour of me asking her about selling. She had my house listed and under contract within 9 days. She made it extremely seamless for me. She went above and beyond to help and make herself available for me when we needed quick turnarounds. She helped me find a lawyer, contractor to fix things, etc. She helped with the final negotiation and helped streamline everything to close within 30 days. Such͏ a pleasure!!
From start to finish, no matter my stress level, Deb and her son Chris continually put my mind at ease! They worked (incredibly hard) to find my husband and I the perfect home! I'm not easy to please, but they managed to exceed my expectations a million times over. I couldn't imagine having gone through this process without them. Deb was an absolute pleasure to work with. She provided me with all of the information I asked, and more. She is extremely professional and keeps you updated along the way! There was no question that went unanswered. This was my first home so I had a lot of questions! She happily answered them and talked me through the whole process. She understood what I wanted so much so that the house I ended up buying was one she came up with to show me in an area I was not even looking into but she found one that I fell in love with! She was very informative and never pushed a property or her opinion on me. She simply gave me the information I needed to make the best decision and supported me from there! I never felt any pressure. She was willing to make herself available fully throughout the process. I would never go with another realtor! Fantastic Broker
Deb was a pure professional every step of the way and really connected with us on a personal level. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the negotiation process. She knew how to "feel out" selling agents and her long tenured record really gave us the inside track on several properties that we liked. When push came to shove Deb really knew how to get us across the finish line when our "forever home" came on the market. There is clearly something to be said when dealing with a seasoned FULL TIME agent versus someone new and inexperienced.
