Deborah belongs to one of the largest coaching companies in the US, Buffini and Company for over 20 years. The underlying principle and philosophy of Buffini is to blend an elevated level of success in real estate with one’s personal endeavors, the end result is a well-rounded gratifying life. While being actively enrolled in the coaching aspect, Deborah became a vested “Peak Producers” trainer. Thirty years ago, she was instrumental in starting the non-profit charity for the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors which raises funds for local non-profits and has consistently been able to distribute $100K per year to local charities and give $10K in scholarships.
