Deborah has been a licensed Realtor for 33 years, currently with Sotheby’s International Realty. Recognized within the company both locally and nationally as a top producer, Deborah gives credit to her past clients and business associates for allowing her to do 98% of her business straight from those referrals. Prior real estate, Deborah’s background was in banking. Her negotiating prowess and extensive knowledge of the loan process during that time was instrumental in the smooth transition and success of her career in real estate.

Currently, Deborah lives in the Pasadena area, and covers the San Gabriel Valley. The knowledge gained from living and working the area she specializes in has given her a significant advantage. Deborah belongs to one of the largest coaching companies in the US, Buffini and Company for over 20 years. The underlying principle and philosophy of Buffini is to blend an elevated level of success in real estate with one’s personal endeavors, the end result is a well-rounded gratifying life. While being actively enrolled in the coaching aspect, Deborah became a vested “Peak Producers” trainer. Thirty years ago, she was instrumental in starting the non-profit charity for the Pasadena Foothill Association of Realtors which raises funds for local non-profits and has consistently been able to distribute $100K per year to local charities and give $10K in scholarships.
