Working with Debbie to sell our family home was a great experience from start to end. We were extremely pleased with the price we were able to get from the sale. I am convinced that would not have been able to get this price without Debbie as our advocate. She put together a great listing with gorgeous pictures and videos of the home and yard. We were so proud to say goodbye to our home looking so beautiful! At the start, getting the home ready to sell seemed daunting, but Debbie helped us through all parts of the process. She provided us with resources to help us clear out the house and helped connect us with contractors who were able to get repair and restoration work done within a short time frame. Debbie coordinated and scheduled many of the jobs to be done. She was often able to meet the contractors at the house, which was essential because I was not able to leave work to do this. I would highly recommend Debbie as a realtor. I would choose her without hesitation for my own home buying or selling needs in the future.
