Debbie Pisaro is the hardest working person in Real Estate that I've ever met. She has sold 2 properties for me and located tenants and found new properties for me for the past 15 years. Some of those deals in very close to the wire situations.
I would not trust anyone else except her to handle any my real estate affairs, whether they are sales, purchases or rentals.
She is a force of nature, but without being pushy or in your face. I don't know how she keeps her fantastic sense of humor, and faith in people in such a cut throat market, but she does, and honestly deserves a medal for it. If you are looking for a rep who never sleeps and answers your calls and texts within minutes, if you are looking for a rep who really truly has your back, and if you are looking for the professional with an honest human side who gets the job done, then please call Debbie!

Debbie is truly outstanding at what she does; her honesty, experience, and attitude make her the ultimate ally and advocate for her clients.

From the first time we talked, in a very tough market, she told us this would be an adventure. Together we visited 47 properties, of which we made 11 offers, and I write this now sitting in our house; one that checked all of our boxes and one that we wouldn't have gotten if not for Debbie.

She never gives up and always kept us motivated and encouraged. Where other realtors might have gone for the quick sale, she actually talked us out of a house that we probably could have gotten after she uncovered some information that didn't look promising while writing the offer.

She also kept us informed through every step of the process, from the high-stress of our very first offer through the final walkthrough of the house we bought - we felt like we got a crash course in real estate.

I have worked with Debbie on the listing of my home and as a parent on the local school's fundraising board. On the board, she always had new ideas and was able to add insightful and practical solutions to problems that arose. She was always level-headed, honest and resourceful. As a realtor, she will walk you through the entire selling/buying process. She will give you the best information possible and does not try to just make the sale. She will work for what is best for you.

There just isn't anyone better than Deb Pisaro. I have lived in Studio City for 21 years, and while (thankfully), we haven't had to sell our house, Debbie has continually advised us when we've thought about it. This is a professional who will come to your neighborhood watch meetings just to learn what's going on in your neck of the woods (and she WON'T pitch herself -- how's that for un-L.A.?). She will help you whether you are looking for a 5 million-dollar home or a 300,000-dollar condo. She will give you true and current information on up-and-coming schools, the performance of city services, what you can expect from the job market here and the culture you can expect for your kids and/or pets. The best part is, she knows the market so well that if she doesn't feel like she can 100% meet your needs, she will recommend someone who is better suited. We knew she knew Studio City well and when we were looking to sell our house, she was exactly the right person for us! Debbie made the process of selling so much easier.
