When we decided to start the process to purchase a home, we were so lucky to have found Eric and his team! We would not have been able to find our home without the Sinesky team. In an extremely competitive real estate market, Eric got us in to see our home the second it hit the market. Not only did he handle all of the negotiations, but he set us up with a top notch legal and financing team as well. He made a stressful situation absolutely pain free. My only worry is that he will still be in the industry when we buy our next house! We couldn't recommend him enough!

Team Sinensky showed me many condo’s, and found me a really nice one. Unfortunately the deal fell through, not because of them but because I had a hard time securing my mortgage. Deborah, Eric and Matt told me not to worry and they would find me a nice place. Through their perseverance they found me an even better condo.
