She helped us decide what things need to be fixed to sell the house and what thing can be left as is. We spoke with Debra and then met with her at our home. She spent a lot of tine answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Debra made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.

When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing!

Our house went under contract 3 days after we put it on the market at asking price. We accepted and Debra walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.

I would recommend Debra and her Real Estate Team to everyone I know. She's a true professional. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

If you are searching for a realtor, you can stop your search because Debbie Allan is by far the best!! She helped my husband and I buy/sell our first home seamlessly. Debbie listed our place on a Friday and had multiple offers by Sunday. She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She is incredible. She has been in the real estate business for 20 plus years and she knows her stuff. Debbie is always prompt when answering texts/emails. It’s such an incredible feeling when you send an email to Debbie and she gets back to you within a half an hour or less. Debbie feels like a family friend and not just our realtor. High recommend!!
