I have lived in the beautiful York County area for 40+years. My husband and I moved here from Northern Ohio for better job opportunities. We have raised two-beautiful young ladies, whom both attended Rock Hill District 3 School system. They both now are grown & living in Asheville NC.
My husband and I have worked together in the construction business for about 20+ years. In 2003 I got my Residential Builders License and we began to build single family homes. One home at a time we began to build a successful construction business with a great reputation.
In 2005, because of my love and interest in real estate I decided to get my Realtors License. Real estate has been such a rewarding business. To find that perfect home for the young couple who is ready to start their new lives together, or the older couple who no longer want the maintenance of a larger home. So many types of people with different situations, all ending with a rewarding sense of accomplishment.
You just can't beat that feeling!
