Debbie has been in commercial real estate since 1981, where she began at Studley, (now Savills). At Rand Commercial, Debbie represents the owner of the Lockwood Medical Campus in New Rochelle and the owner of 86 Main Street in Yonkers plus other developers, tenants and owners in White Plains, New Rochelle and Yonkers.

Debbie's most notable sales include the acquisition of buildings for the National Audubon Society, The Jewish Board of Family & Children's Services, Inc. and Touro College Lander School for Women and the acquisition of a new site for the Museum of Television & Radio.
