I’m Debra Cuchna, and I’ve been helping people buy, sell, and relocate for more than 25 years. Before becoming a full-time Real Estate Broker, I spent 15 years running a relocation company, so guiding clients through big moves has always been part of my world.
After working with the Chicago Tribune’s Educational Department, I spent time with a Real Estate Attorney, giving me a strong legal foundation I still use every day. That background—along with my knowledge of local communities and school options—helps me support clients with clarity and confidence.
I love the “hunt” for the right home and pride myself on being a strong negotiator who listens closely to what people really need. When I’m listing a home, I’m hands-on with pricing, prep, and strategy. When I’m working with buyers, I focus on where they’re investing a large amount of their assets, making sure both the home and the community are the right long-term fit.
Whether someone is buying their first place or selling a home they’ve loved for years, I work hard to make the process smooth and stress-free. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: make every move feel supported, informed, and as easy as possible.
