I've had the pleasure of working along side Deb as an independent photographer. I've seen her work and what she is capable of through the projects I've completed for her. So when it came time to pick a realtor to sell our home, the choice was a no brainer. Debra has a kind heart and genuinely looks to serve her clients at her absolute best. Her knowledge of the market and market trends as well as her easy going personality make her a pleasure to work with both on a business level, as well as being a client of hers. I have every confidence in the world that she will bring me the right buyer for our home, and love working with her on all of her other listings for which she's hired me for. You will not find a more genuine person to have the pleasure of working with to sell your home.

We have had the pleasure of having Deb Larochelle represent us with the sale of a residence and the purchase of another. Over the years I have bought and sold 8 residences in AZ, CA, and Mexico, and without a doubt Deb is the best agent we have dealt with. In the current difficult market Deb was invaluable in guiding us throughout the potentially stressful process. She possesses excellent real estate, marketing, and negotiating skills that produce success, as well as the people skills and sense of humor to allow her clients to actually have some fun and enjoy some of the process.
