We just closed on our house sale this week, Deb was outstanding throughout the process.

From the initial listing price she suggested, higher than we ever imagined, we received 2 offers, which stood up to the Appraisals reports. Thanks to her knowledge of the markets.
Being 1500 miles away, Deb arranged for everything from staging the home, sorting through mementos, packing and moving out our belongings, supervising inspections and repairs.
She was always right there when we had a question, answered phone calls promptly.
In what is a usual complicated transaction, she made any and all concerns seem minor.
