Debra O'Neill specializes in residential real estate on the Westside and San Fernando Valley. She is a real estate agent with REMAX Terrasol, and I am their Director of Residential and Luxury Properties. It is her passion to find the perfect home for my clients. O’Neill believes in consultative sales as she listens to every need of her client and finds them exactly what they are looking for. She is a fierce negotiator and handhold for her clients through the process and treat every transaction as if it were a million dollars. She also attended appraisal school, so she is educated in what improvements a seller needs to make to ensure they get top dollar for their home. She has bought and sold at least a dozen homes that were teardowns and made them beautiful. I know what investors need to do to maximize their profit. My area of expertise is in the San Fernando Valley: Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Thousand Oaks, Westlake, Tarzana, West Hills, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Encino, Westwood, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills. O’Neill was born and raised in Los Angeles, so she is familiar with the geography especially the Bel-Air, Brentwood, and Westwood areas.
