Debra began her career after studying business and computer science in New Jersey, launching her professional journey on Wall Street in the early 1980s. She relocated to the Charleston, South Carolina area in the late 1980’s, where she continued her career as a financial investment advisor. After more than 20 years in the financial industry, Debra recognized that her financial expertise could be most impactful in guiding the 55Plus community through important life transitions in real estate.
Committed to continuous learning, Debra earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2006, equipping her to address the unique needs of mature buyers and sellers. She also holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, allowing her to serve clients seeking a refined, lifestyle-driven luxury real estate experience—an area of particular importance to many older clients.
