ABOUT ME!!
My name is Debrah McIntosh. I received my bachelor’s degree with honors (suma cum laude) in business administration from Barry University, and I am a member of the Association of College Honor Societies. I also earn my associated degree in paralegal from Eastern Gate Community College and graduated suma cum laude. Purchasing my first home at 29 years was one of my greatest accomplishments. I learned at an early age how important it is to invest in real estate.
I have been living in North Miami Beach, Florida for many years. I was born in Nassau, The Bahamas; and living in Miami has made it easy for me to adapt and work with many people from many different backgrounds. There is no place I would rather live than in Florida because it has the beaches, the palm trees, the beautiful people, and almost year-round sunshine. What makes living in Florida so beautiful is that it is only a 30-minute plane ride to my country, The Bahamas. I love Miami because it is the gateway to many nations.
What makes me happy is my family, friends, and the satisfaction of giving my homebuyer(s) the keys to their new home. I work with Macken Realty in North Miami Beach, a company that has been in business for over 28 years. Macken Realty has another office located on Las Olas Boulevard. What I love about this company is that it is located in my neighborhood, and Macken Realty has many accomplishments, from selling million-dollar homes and businesses to creating big development projects such as the multi-million dollar condo development call Koya Bay in Eastern Shores and a shopping mall call “5 Park” development coming soon to North Miami Beach. Working at Macken Realty has taught me to work with integrity and patience. Developing a healthy, long-lasting relationship, and making sure I treat every customer with respect and professionalism makes me unique. Receiving referrals from my customers is always a blessing that keeps me in business.
I am currently a member of Miami Realtors and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I am a Certified New Home Co-Broker and a Certified Real Estate Professional Assistant. I keep on top of things by taking continuing education, so that I can keep my customers informed with changes in the real estate market. Remaining educated in this business allows me to put the best interest of my customers first. I am here to listen to my customers and to make them happy by giving them what they want.
