Dede Warren

Dede is the team founder and mentor. She is a master of client engagement and forging friendships that last well beyond the closing. While no longer actively selling, Dede remains highly respected by her peers and an integral component of the team dynamic. She is an expert mediator and served on the Charleston Realtors' Professional Standards committee. Originally from Savannah, she has called Charleston home since 1991. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill and always felt her prior work in hospitality complimented her 30-year real estate career. Dede lives in Meggett, where she enjoys country living and hunting Pokémon with her dog Gino and four grandchildren.
