Dee is a fabulous agent, listening to my list of “must haves” and watching all of the new listings coming out daily. I was relatively new to the area and Dee showed me the different residences in various neighborhoods, and then she found me the perfect home! She made recommendations which assisted me in making the appropriate offer. Dee also assisted me through the loan processes and closing! Dee is the best agent and thanks to her efforts, I am now in the home which I love, that she found for me!

I've had the pleasure of working with Dee recently representing me as a Buyer's Agent and found her to be a pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional, responsive and understood my vision on my home purchase. She is knowledgable of the area and efficiently researched any of my concerns so that I could make an informed decision. Because the market in my area is in extreme demand, she was readily available on short notice to respond to my request to see a home, most often on the same day. She handled the purchase negotiations in a knowledgeable manner and continues to assist me after the closing. We first worked with Dee Burke to purchase a new home and we couldn't have been more pleased! We then contracted her to help sell the old home that we had outgrown. Dee brought in a great photographer to showcase our home online, which created foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. We received an offer the first weekend the house went on the market.
