Dee Copley

Native Oregonian since 1953. Willamette Valley youngster, moved to Portland for 15 years and then to Southern Oregon in the early 1980s. I have been involved with homes in one way or another for all of my life. I know homes from the inside out and was a licensed contractor for many years. I went to college at SOU with my 2 daughters in the 1990s and finished with degrees in Art, Psychology, & a Health minor. Still wanting to be involved with homes I got an OR brokers license in 1998. Since then I learned land development as well as commercial real estate. I have lived in rural areas most of the time since moving here so consider myself a rural property specialist with extensive knowledge of wells, septic systems, and zoning. I also achieved the OSU Master Gardener designation and most recently graduated from the OSU Land Steward training program. This life time of great expertise comes with hiring me as your agent!
