Starting out in life my family was in residential construction and subdividing farmland into neighborhoods.

After attending the University of Kentucky I had the opportunity to work with a mechanical contracting company which owned 2 large commercial retail shopping centers. As part of my responsibilities, I worked with tenants on leases and build-outs.

Later in life, I moved to Chicago and while working for a small residential mortgage broker; I was recruited by a large National Mortgage Bank with offices in Los Angles, Chicago, and New York. After years of cold Chicago winters, I relocated to sunny Florida as a real estate agent.
