Consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Our lease was expiring in 6 weeks and landlord wanted to sell the house we were renting. Finding a house in loudoun county that met all our requirements seemed like an impossible task. Compounding that difficulty was the “pandemic frenzy” where every house was selling above list price with preference given to offers with a quick turn around to close. We must have toured over 40 homes, criss-crossing the county from Round Hill to Chantilly and made offers on 5+. Throughout this whole process DeeDee was simply the best and definitely the realtor we needed. With her expertise, background dealing with mortgages, and business connections we were able to find the perfect home and close in 3 weeks after offer acceptance. Am still counting my blessings that DeeDee was our realtor.

My family and I have had the opportunity to work with many realtors in multiple states and DeeDee Bulter is easily one of our favorites. She was responsive even outside of standard business hours, able to assist us with tours last minute, and helped us secure a house in the Summer of 2021 without a bidding war that we purchased under appraisal. Our turnaround time to purchase and move was under a month so she found us a new mortgage agent, used her connections for same-day viewing/purchase, and got us in with some time to spare. Frankly, she probably needed a vacation after helping us, but she was grace and courtesy the whole way. The cherry on top was that she sent us gifts, even to my kids!, after everything was finalized. As a realtor and as a person she is great and trustworthy. Do yourself a favor and go with DeeDee.
