Deidra helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was responsive and thorough through the process and was willing to go on long days of searching at seemingly a moments notice.

Most importantly she was compassionate to our questions, concerns, and back and forth being new to the home buying process. Would definitely recommend to any friends and family (my sister successfully worked with Deidra to buy a home as well!)

I feel so lucky to have found Deidra! Rather, I should say to have her referred to me, after having worked with several realtors in the area who just never followed through, and one who was so unbelievably entitled (I ended up doing all the work to find the homes I was interested in, and she would only show me houses she had as her listings).

Once I found Deidra, everything changed! She exceeded all my expectations. I'm an out of state buyer, which presents its own set of challenges. But, Deidra made everything so workable and easy. She really goes above and beyond!.

When one of the homes I was interested in came on the market, she contacted me immediately and then went over to tour it within 90 minutes. She called me and talked to me while touring the house, gave me her impressions and also sent extra photos that were not shown in the listing. I had already missed out on another opportunity next door to this home, because of the last realtor's laissez-faire attitude. But, Deidra was prompt and thorough in swiftly writing a competitive offer. Before the day was over, the house had 30 showings, and 2 offers were accepted: mine and one other.

Unfortunately, the sellers decided it would be better to go with the local offer, since those candidates had toured the home (I couldn't fly out there quickly enough). I was really disappointed. I had my heart set on that neighborhood, and things rarely come up there.

At my request, Deidra wrote several letters of interest to a few of the adjacent homeowners (one or two of them took some research to find the owner). And sure enough, one of those people decided a few months later to contact us, and we did a private sale. The house never hit the market!

Deidra was so great with the seller, and kept all of us feeling secure and positive through the whole process. And throughout, she helped me with every resource I could possibly need, from inspections companies, to every kind of contractor and/or repair person I would need to get bids related to inspection items. I mean, she was REALLY GREAT!

As most people know, many realtor's service level dips as soon as the offer is accepted and the contract is signed ... and especially after the house has closed. Not Deidra. Even after closing, she was doing sweet and thoughtful things, like bringing by a folding chair for me (post-closing) the day I was meeting contractors, lending me a lockbox for workers (since I still am residing out of state), etc. She even met a few of them to get bids for me!

Still not convinced she's extraordinary? Well, check this out ~ I closed on March 1st, and had to come back to my current residence through the middle of the month, when the huge snow storm hit Colo. If you live in a snowy area, you know how important it is to remove snow before the ice forms underneath. I hadn't gotten that service lined up yet. But I got a text from someone in the neighborhood, telling me a little angel had come and shoveled my front steps ... guess who? Yep, Deidra. I never even asked, yet there she was clearing the front steps of my new home, 2 weeks post-closing, so that they wouldn't be icey when I returned the following week.

If you don't hire her as your realtor, you don't know what you're missing! She's THE BEST!!

Deidra helped us purchase our first home. She was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She responded to all emails and calls immediately and made sure we understood everything along the way. There were electrical issues with the house that complicated negotiations, but she guided us through. I was impressed by her knowledge of local codes/requirements. I highly recommend Deidra to help you find your new home!

very helpful, extremely patient it doesn't matter if you want to see one or 20 houses in a day she will get it done. She looks to your interest and not her own. Makes sure that what you are looking to buy is what you need not what you want.

Deidra helped my husband and I buy our first home within a month of searching! She was very intuitive about what kind of homes and neighborhoods we would like. She never pushed us in any one direction and provided good details to allow us to make decisions. She kept us in the loop throughout the process by constant updates which I really appreciated. All in all, we felt we were is very good hands and we were able to trust her to guide us.
