Del is a customer-service-oriented real estate agent who along with her husband, Christopher Haughton, helps Buyers and Sellers in The Tri-County area of South Florida. Del has lived in South Florida for over 45+ years and would not live anywhere else. Del and her husband currently resides in Plantation for 10+ years. Del is extremely knowledgeable of all the different neighborhoods and communities and what they have to offer. This is important for both buyers and sellers. Del chose real estate as a career path, because it allows her to use the customer service skills that she acquired during her 10 year career in the medical industry as a Manager of a MRI center. After her career in the medical field, she started a career in Real Estate at Buy Owner in 2004 as an Inside Sales Agent. This is where her love of real estate started. After 10 years of learning valuable skills behind the scenes, Del became a Florida licensed Realtor in 2014. Del has helped over 100+ families buy or sell real estate. Negotiations are a big part of the real estate process, and it's an area where she excels. She knows how to negotiate in a non-adversarial fashion, to keep things on track and to avoid unnecessary hassles and hurdles.
