The first time I spoke with Delila, I liked her and I liked what she said. She was no pressure. I had spoken with several realtors before Delila called me . That’s right - she called me about listing the property. Getting the house under contract with a buyer took no time at all. But then the first buyer wanted out after their house inspection. She got the house back on the market and she had it under contract again in less than a week. Getting to the finish line required a few hurdles, however, Delila was there to deal with the issues and make the transaction happen. I thought the house would never get to closing but she knew what to do and she always got me “off the ledge” when something went wrong. I live in New Jersey so Delila met contractors for getting repair work done. She was there for me every time I needed someone at the house. I think she went above and beyond for me. Work with Delila you will be happy you do!
