I couldn't have asked for a better agent for my first time home purchase. Denice guided me through the complex process with ease. She was proactive with sending listings meeting my criteria as soon as they hit the market, and she was extremely accommodating working around my busy schedule for showings. She was very observant at spotting potential house problems and was full of knowledge on building materials, electrical systems, and more. When I found a home, she showcased strong negotiating skills to get me a fair price. After I got under contract, Denice was fantastic at keeping me up on deadlines and communicating with my lending team. Denice has built quite a network of reliable connections (contractors, cleaners, etc...) that I will be leaning on for years to come. I learned so much from her in the short time that I worked with her, and I give her the highest of praise. Denice is SUPER REALTOR!! She's incredibly responsive and provides the support you need to get the best price to buy or sell your home. She recently helped me sell my first home. It was emotional for me and I had a lotta questions all the time (read: a bit high maintenance). She was totally there for me to help me understand what I needed to do and when I needed to do it. She's strategic, tactical and a master negotiator, providing expert direction to get me house market ready and securing multiple serious offers well over the asking price to get me the greatest payoff on my investment. To say Denice is perfect is an understatement. I generally roll my eyes at the word phenomenal, but Denice is an exemplary representation of the word. My home buying path was not typical. I began the quest without a clue what I wanted. I didn't know my budget, I didn't know where I wanted to be..nothing. Denice patiently showed me condos, fixer uppers, new construction, urban lots, rural forest getaways..I was all over the map. She provided the occasional suggestion to help me stay focused on my goals, but largely went along on wild ride of me discovering what home I wanted to purchase. Touring homes with her was legitimately fun. Her insights, opinions and general personality are a true pleasure. I am able to be real with her, which is invaluable on an adventure as grand as purchasing your first home.

We went through a few different offers, some were quite rushed. Despite this, Denice never showed signs of stress, frustration or exhaustion. With one home, we went from tour to submitting an offer in under an hour. There was another property we toured that had an offer already, which was only known because Denice proactively reached out to the selling agent. I ultimately decided against submitting an offer on that house, but it felt reassuring to know Denice was ready to be that aggressive in helping me achieve the home I desired.

After getting an offer accepted, the purchase process with Denice was pleasant and easy. She kept me updated frequently, and is well connected with a variety of fantastic home-buying industry folks [loan officer, home inspector, etc.]. She made it easy to ensure there were no delays during the purchase process.

Now that the dust has settled, the paint has dried, and the cats are asleep on the couch, I look back at this process with nothing but contentment, and Denice is a significant contributor to that. When I go to purchase my property, Denice will absolutely be the first person I call [well, text]. She's transparent, she's fast, she's professional..she's literally perfect.

Denice was our real estate agent three years ago. She helped us find a wonderful condominium. During the process, she was so helpful, very responsive and provided excellent advice. We never felt pressured to make a decision.

Denice is fun to work with and very good at what she does. She helped us dodge some pitfalls and pointed out the positive and negative about each place we looked at.

It is time for us to move and we are using Denice again. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she has excellent resources. At one point she even helped us with some legal real estate issues. If you are looking for an agent, I highly, highly recommend Denice. You will not be disappointed!

She and her team are first class! They not only staged the house, sent out color mailers, had professional photos taken, gave us input on things to maximize our profits, things to do to insure passing inspection and offered a one year warranty all at her expense.
The house had two over asking price offers the day after it listed.

Never having been to Tacoma, and buying remotely (with each of us in separate states), we faced some significant hurdles in an already lengthy and complicated process.
