Denise Cummins

Denise received her bachelor’s degree from Bethel University and has made real estate her one and only career. She has been a member of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS® for 28 years and specializes in corporate relocation. She has represented relocating families affiliated with Nissan, Mars Petcare, Mitsubishi, Smile Direct Club, and numerous others. Denise is a Nashville native and provides concierge-level service for every customer throughout the home buying or selling process, which has given her a strong base of returning clients. Denise has been featured numerous times on HGTV's "What You Get for the Money" and "National Open House", as well as receiving the Lifetime Diamond Award from the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®. She is a Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, and Accredited Staging Professional. Denise is also a Tiffany Circle Member of the American Cancer Society and an active participant in the Nashville Wine Auction that raises millions of dollars for cancer research.
