I worked with Denise last year to sell my home. Denise provided practical advice throughout the entire process and walked me through the minimal updates I should consider prior to listing my home. The listing review that she authored was spectacular, which I am sure helped draw in prospects. I had several immediate offers all within or over asking price and I settled the following month. Denise. was always prompt to respond to any questions or inquiries and was extremely helpful and provided great advice throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Denise. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is a true pleasure to work with.
