Having always had a knack for interior design, Denise decided to put her passion to practical use by pursuing a degree in the field at the Design Institute of San Diego. However, after the 2008 recession, she opted out of her studies to work at a bank full time. So when one of her clients suggested she come work for them in real estate, Denise jumped at the offer, as the profession allowed her to combine her design skills in an industry ripe with opportunity.
Upon earning her agent license in January 2014, Denise began her new career identifying, purchasing, and flipping homes. Though she now works with buyers and sellers, the helpful agent calls on the relationships she’s built with trustworthy local contractors and professionals so that her clients have everything they might need right at their fingertips.
