In 2020 I reached out to Denise, clueless to the home buying market from day one she gave me so much detailed information and guided my through the home buying process, no question left unanswered! She provided the tools to prepare me even when I wasn’t yet ready to get into the market. A year later, she reached out to me to check in and see where I was in the process and was still open to assist and provide more resources. At the time I was reaching out to lenders for a pre-approval that seemed so far out of reach. I was getting so discouraged… But Denise reassured me that my time was coming. She called me back a few days later to check on me yet again and I explained to her what was going on with the lenders. She then introduced me to a lender and in less than an hour, I HAD A PRE-APPROVAL!! I’m still in shock now as I will be a home owner in less than 2 weeks. It known of it could have happened without Denise. She is so patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. You can tell that this is not just a job for her, this is her passion. Even in this brutal market, she fought for me as not just her client. I felt like family. Denise Is the warrior you need in your corner. I highly recommend her as you next realtor.
