Denise Kosterlistzky

Denise Kosterlistzky has joined Keller Williams La Jolla Elite with Top Producing Agent awards twice for the last 3 years with Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors. A goal every Realtor stives for.

Denise is a Californian by birth but started her Real Estate career in Rutherford, New Jersey which is a Lawyer state and not an Escrow state. Which makes her extensive knowledge very unique.

Denise left New Jersey with plenty of Seller and Buyers deals which included regular sales and short sale foreclosures. Now that she is back, she is ready, willing and able to help others Buy or Sell the homes of their dreams. Denise has a college degree and continues to return to college, because she loves learning new things. Denise is very community oriented with a volunteer resume of over 25 years as a volunteer, including coaching soccer, baseball, track and field. In addition to her volunteer resume she has been part of many non-profit organizations that help out her community, including American Red Cross DAT Team member and Community Emergency Response Team for San Diego County and National City. She also holds a seat with National City Council as a Housing Advisor Committee Member.

Denise has a great understanding of people, their needs and desires. She works well with others, all having different personalities and needs. Because of her understanding, she is a people-person and knows that strong business relationships will result with successful purchases and sales for her buyers and sellers. Denise is highly motivated and energetic and her people skills will be apparent as she completes a transaction with you.

As a resident of California and having lived not only in New Jersey, but also in many counties of the state of California over my lifetime, I have extensive knowledge of our communities and surrounding areas. My goal with Keller Williams La Jolla is to build long lasting relationships while providing exceptional service to my Buyers and Sellers. By knowing the entire buying and selling process they can then make informed decisions. I reside in San Diego and a mother of 3 grown children who are currently in college or have completed college on both the East Coast and West Coast. I love my community and I love volunteering whenever I can. I’m currently working with military families and various California bases to help streamline their home buying and selling processes. Coming from a family with Purple Heart recipients, retired and active-duty military members, and those who have given their lives in service, I understand the unique challenges of relocating due to deployments and starting anew in different states or countries.
