Denise L Kelly

As a third-generation Denver native, Denise grew up in the Highland neighborhood in North Denver. She first became a licensed broker in 1982, but her interest in real estate began at a young age. As a child, she spent many a Saturday exploring building sites and projects with her father, who worked as a construction supervisor for new homes, apartment buildings, and shopping centers. From that time on, she was hooked and knew she wanted to be involved somehow in the real estate industry. She began her journey with a small fix and flip investment venture at age 19, but later discovered her true passion and satisfaction would be in helping others navigate through the ever-changing real estate maze and meet their individual goals.

Since then, Denise has become a seasoned expert of the Denver area markets and logs many additional hours of continuing education each year to stay current. Over the past 25 years, she’s received multiple Denver Board of Realtors® Excellence awards and recognized yearly as a 5280 Five Star Real Estate Agent since 2014.

Whether her client is a first-time buyer, an expanding family, a developer, or a savvy investor, each client and experience is unique and requires individual attention. Denise is a strong advocate for her clients, and brings solid negotiating skills to both buyers and sellers. She works with a wide variety of situations, giving each her most focused efforts and personal attention. Referrals from her past clients are the backbone of her business, and her network continues to grow and include a wonderful mix of people who now call Denise their friend.
