Denise was extremely helpful, patient, informative, articulate with the information provided, flexible, insightful, resourceful and above all, kind. I do recommend her to anyone looking for real estate needs as she has gone above and beyond for my family. We walked away with so much more knowledge of all of our real estate processes and were even empowered to be autonomous in processes we hadn't known before introduced to us by her guidance. Ms. Mitchell is very detailed oriented in the real estate process, as a contractor, she has made it possible for many people to become home owners. Her knowledge of real estate markets and understanding of current trends gives her a advantage to sell in any area. She also has extensive knowledge of the mortgage process which is very helpful when buying a house. I have updated many homes with her input that then sold quickly.
