Denise was amazing throughout our whole home buying process! We started looking for a house in February and looked at our fair share of houses. Denise was knowledgeable and honest about what she thought on each home. We put multiple offers in on different homes and finally got an excepted offer on a beautiful and perfect house in Perrysburg! She knew exactly how to write an appealing offer for the sellers. She also had new suggestions and ideas from a class she had been taking. Denise worked so hard to find the best fit for our first family home. The process was a bit bumpy but she was there every step of the way making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. We can’t wait to move into our new home and can’t thank or recommend Denise enough!!
