Denise Stavropoulos

As the founder and owner of Producers Realty Corp, Denise Stavropoulos brings a wealth of experience in residential and commercial real estate. With a background that includes working as a Senior Vice President at GE Capital Commercial Finance, leading their Risk Operations Commercial Lending Collateral Monitoring and Loan Servicing organization, and as an Engineering Manager with a major defense contractor, Denise is a true business professional.

Denise has also worked with Coldwell Banker, Co-Broker/Owner of CalWest Commercial Inc., Retail California and with shopping center developer Lance-Kashian & Company. Her extensive experience has made her an expert in Commercial Properties, Investment Properties, Business Opportunities, Franchise Opportunities, Land Development, and Property Management.

Denise is a graduate of Queens College, CUNY (College University New York) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. She is a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and California, a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and is in the final stages of obtaining her CCIM Certification. She is also certified with ISO-9000 Auditing experience, making her a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
