Denise Williams

Denise has been a Licensed Real Estate Professional since 1993 and now holds her broker's license. Originally, she got her license for her own real estate transactions. She started purchasing property at the early age of 19 years old without the help of family. Being an entrepreneur with a vision of buying fixer homes and flipping them, it evolved into designing and building homes.

Denise is a tough negotiator and extremely detail-oriented, making sure every “I” is dotted and “T” crossed. Not leaving any stone unturned makes a smooth stress-free transaction for her clients.

Denise grew up in San Mateo and is familiar with the peninsula. She enjoys helping clients in Burlingame, San Mateo, and Redwood City. At the same time, she has lived in Livermore for over six years, and specializes in buyers and sellers in South Livermore/4th Street.
