Denise Wilson

Originally from Des Moines, IA, I fell in love with the Lake Norman area in 2002, living on the east side of Lake Norman with my husband. Exercise and health are a big part of my life; recently competing in a bodybuilding competition while studying for my NC Real Estate Exam in 2020. My faith is also very important to me, attending church at Grace Covenant in Cornelius with my family. I am a mother of six (3 biological and 3 step children...all out of the house luckily) and I have 8 grandchildren. I have a wealth of experience in the mortgage industry adding to my real estate career. I have specialized in credit underwriting for over 30 + years and have experiential knowledge across a broad spectrum of residential lending products which is helpful in getting families into the perfect home.
