Denise's mission is to assist you in any real estate needs you may have, whether buying or selling in the Carolinas. She relocated to Charlotte from Tennessee in 1982 and have enjoyed a successful real estate career since 1999, being named a “Top Producer” every year. His clients have included relocating new friends from the Caribbean and various foreign countries, to clients moving from New York to just around the corner.


Her honesty, sense of humor and knowledge of real estate are what she will bring to you to help you make the best real estate decisions. As an experienced agent, she will provide you with timely tips on home inspections, mortgage and insurance rates, home repairs and closings. When working with buyers, she will assist you in finding a home that will best suit your needs and also advise you to look into the future to ensure your decision will bring the best results when you choose to sell your home. As your seller agent, Denise will offer advice on getting your house in the best condition to bring maximum list price and provide outstanding exposure and marketing from list to close.


When she is not assisting her clients, she enjoys spending time kicking around in flip flops at the beach and playing with her two dogs. But come September, you will find her tailgating and cheering for my UT Vols and Carolina Panthers!
