Dennis Culver

Jann and Dennis Culver have been in the Real Estate business since 1978. Dennis worked previously as a Broker and sales manager at a homebuilding company. After moving to Colorado in 1982, both Jann and Dennis worked for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as loan officers. Dennis worked in all levels of sales management and retired as National sales manager of the western U.S. in 2007. Retirement has allowed both the ability to focus on Family and Community.

Their Daughter, Danielle, rides her horse as an adult amateur in regional Dressage shows. They enjoy supporting her and participating by "grooming" for her as "Show Mom and Show Dad". Their son, Evan, enjoys off road rock climbing in his Jeep Rubicon. They love to join Evan as often as possible to lend a hand or run the winch. They maintain close relationships with their children and are grateful to be so involved in their day-to-day lives.
Serving the community is their way of giving back. Dennis has volunteered with the Boulder Rural Fire Protection District since 1986, serving as a Firefighter, Assistant Chief and now in his current role assisting the Board of Directors.
